Product Description

The STEPCRAFT V-Pad 55 SP is a vacuum pad with high holding force and a lifting piston (sliding pin) for easy positioning of the workpiece.
The pad is coolant-compatible and any number of pads can be connected together.
Fastening of the pad is simply be done with one single screw in the groove of the machine table.
After suction, the workpieces are clamped at a height of exactly 16 mm above the machine table.

Manufacturing material: Industrial plastic PE 500 (high molecular weight polyethylene, PE-HMW), which is characterized by high impact strength and abrasion resistance as well as good sliding properties
External dimensions: 92 x 92 x 16 mm
Effective vacuum area: 55 cm2, at a negative pressure of 0.7 bar, this results in a holding force of approx. 39 kg
Hose connection: 4 mm
Sealing cord: Synthetic rubber EPDM, d = 6 mm
