With the Plasma Cutter CUT 50, you can effortlessly cut conductive metals. While the arc melts the material, the compressed air ensures that the molten material is removed. In this way, clear contours and cutouts are created.

The plasma cutter delivers a powerful 50 amps and features precise high-frequency pilot ignition. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 14 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm). In addition to common conductive metals, the plasma cutter is also suitable for painted sheet metal and flash rust. The unit has active cooling and overheating protection. The cutting current can be continuously adjusted from 15 to 50 amps.

For the use of the plasma cutter, we strongly recommend the use of the water bath, because with the help of the water, the sheet is directly cooled during the cut. This minimizes thermal distortion of the material. In addition, the water bath not only provides a good support surface for sheets, but also has a ground contact on the back, to which the ground clamp can be conveniently attached.

The Plasma Cutter CUT 50 is only compatible with the control software UCCNC.

Notes:

With regard to interference emission in accordance with the EN 60974-10 standard, the Plasma Cutter Cut 50 is only suitable for operation outside the living environment. Furthermore, we recommend the use of a laptop as it is less susceptible to intereference than a desktop PC.
